Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls. You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements, manage audits, implement policies to ensure compliance, and lead a small finance team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred, 5+ years in accounting/finance with supervisory experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
