Job Description
Lead the Confectionery Department, baking and decorating cakes for birthdays, weddings, and events. Duties: custom designs, production and staff management, inventory and cost control, and food safety. Requirements: SSCE or equivalent, portfolio, strong buttercream and fondant skills, creativity, detail-oriented, weekend availability. Full-time, in-person at Ojota Supermarket.
