Job Description
Beauty Hut Africa is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative. You will be the frontline for customer interactions—responding to phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries; managing orders, modifications, cancellations, returns, and payment issues; resolving complaints empathetically and escalating complex cases; maintaining product and skincare knowledge; logging interactions in CRM and producing daily reports. Track orders with logistics, follow up until resolution, and contribute to the knowledge base. Benefits include HMO, pension, and 13th month pay. Salary: ₦200,00 per month.
Requirements
