Job Description
We are seeking an Application Support Officer to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize business applications. You will respond to user tickets, perform software updates, coordinate with developers, and create user guides to ensure reliable performance. Requirements: 1-2 years in application support or IT, strong problem-solving, knowledge of SQL and ticketing systems, good communication skills, and willingness to work flexible hours. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
