Job Description
We are seeking a Fashion Quality Control and Finishing Supervisor to lead garment inspection and finishing operations. You will ensure products meet quality standards, oversee final trims and packaging, and guarantee on-time delivery.
Responsibilities include supervising QC staff, conducting pre- and post-production inspections, identifying defects, implementing corrective actions, and coordinating with production and sourcing teams.
Requirements: 3+ years in apparel quality control, strong knowledge of fabrics and sewing, keen attention to detail, leadership skills, and proficiency in quality documentation and reporting.
