Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager for high-rise construction to assist in planning, coordination, and on-site supervision of multi-story projects. Responsibilities include schedule tracking, subcontractor coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and reporting to senior PMs. Candidate should have a degree in construction management or civil engineering, 1–3 years’ construction experience, familiarity with construction scheduling (MS Project, Primavera), strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to work on-site.
