Job Description
NEXUS ARK RESOURCE LIMITED seeks a full-time Assistant Griller to support the kitchen grill station. Responsibilities: prepare and portion meats, chicken, fish and vegetables; operate the grill to control heat and timing; ensure consistent quality, taste and presentation; maintain strict hygiene and food-safety standards; keep the station organized and stocked; assist with packaging takeout orders; collaborate with chefs and servers for timely service. Requirements: prior grill or kitchen experience preferred, good knife skills, heat control and multitasking, reliable, fast learner, team player, able to stand for long periods and work in hot conditions. Pay up to ₦70,00 per month.
