Job Description
The Hotel Front Desk Officer welcomes guests, manages check-ins and check-outs, handles reservations and payments, answers phones, and resolves guest requests courteously and efficiently. Duties include maintaining accurate guest records, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, providing local information, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Candidates should have a high school diploma, customer-service experience preferred, strong English communication skills, basic computer literacy (PMS and MS Office), attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. A professional, friendly attitude and problem-solving skills are essential.
