Job Description
We seek an Experienced Human Resources professional to manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and promote open communication. Lead performance management, design appraisal systems, and coach managers on feedback and improvement plans. Plan and deliver training and development to support career growth. Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll to maintain competitive packages. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and partner with senior leadership on HR strategy. Develop engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention. Full-time, in-person role. Salary: ₦130,00–₦160,00 per month.
Requirements
