Job Description
Drugmart Wholesale Pharmacy seeks a full-time Community Health Nurse to provide clinical and preventive care in-person. Responsibilities include basic nursing care (vitals, blood glucose, cholesterol, weight/BMI), immunizations where authorized, wound care, chronic disease support (diabetes, hypertension, asthma), health assessments and triage, medication counseling with pharmacists, and participation in community screening and education. Maintain confidential records, follow infection control and regulatory standards, and support quality improvement. Requirements: nursing diploma/degree, valid nursing license, primary care or community health experience preferred, strong assessment and communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. Salary from ₦100,00 per month.
