Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant, Finance & Strategy to support our CFO and strategy team. You will manage executive calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and act as a primary liaison across finance and operations.
Responsibilities include preparing financial summaries and presentations, tracking budgets and expenses, handling confidential materials, and driving project follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; 3+ years supporting senior executives or finance teams; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; excellent communication, discretion, and proactive problem-solving.
