Job Description
Lvtopsun New Energy Company Limited, a leading solar products manufacturer in Nigeria, seeks a full-time Human Resource Personnel based in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos. Responsibilities: coordinate recruitment, onboarding and training; administer HR policies, benefits and performance management; maintain accurate employee records and ensure labor law compliance; support employee engagement, wellness and development initiatives; advise managers on HR best practices and collaborate on culture-enhancing projects. Requirements: strong HR experience and practical knowledge of HR processes. Salary: N150,00–N200,00 monthly.
