Job Description
The Changeroom, founded in 2012, seeks an Assistant Manager – Reinsurance in Lagos (full-time). The role requires 5–7 years in reinsurance operations, strong knowledge of treaty and facultative processes, ability to analyze reinsurance data and prepare reports, and proven relationship management with brokers and reinsurers. Professional certification (CIIN or similar) is advantageous. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
