Job Description
Greengates Specialties Ltd seeks a Customer Service Officer in Yaba, Lagos. Full-time role managing logistics customer service: schedule inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate carriers, request bills of lading, organize pickups, review invoices and documentation, upload records, provide shipment statistics and daily customer updates, process rate requests and report irregularities. Candidates need a Bachelor’s/HND/OND, 2–5 years logistics/customer service experience, fluent English and two Nigerian languages, proficient with Microsoft Office, resident in Yaba with a valid driver’s license. Salary ₦80,00–₦120,00 monthly.
