Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled Human Resource Officer to recruit talent, support employees, and enforce policies at juliesdeskhr&consults. Responsibilities include creating job descriptions, advertising openings (Indeed, LinkedIn, company site), screening resumes, assisting interviews, onboarding and training new hires, maintaining records, monitoring performance, handling employee relations, ensuring health and safety compliance, and administering HR software and Microsoft Office. Requirements: 2 years’ HR experience or similar, BA/BS in HR or business, strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organization and problem-solving, discretion with confidential information, and professionalism in tense situations.
