Job Description
Provide high-level administrative and technical support to the Board Chairman. Manage complex calendars, organize and prepare board meetings, draft minutes, briefing materials, and technical summaries. Coordinate with executives and departments to collect reports, ensure timely distribution of agendas and presentations, and arrange travel and logistics. Assist with research, data analysis, and preparation of decision-ready documents. Maintain strict confidentiality, prioritize tasks, and communicate professionally. Ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, technical literacy, attention to detail, and experience supporting senior leadership.
