Job Description
El Roi Academy seeks a proactive Sales & Growth Manager to attract and convert students remotely. Full-time role with base pay ₦40,00–₦60,00/month, 10–15% commission per enrollment, and performance bonuses; total monthly earnings can exceed ₦120,00 with targets met. Responsibilities: respond to social media inquiries, follow up leads, convert prospects, maintain a simple lead tracker, share daily/weekly sales reports, and build relationships with parents/students while suggesting outreach strategies. Requirements: experience selling online courses or digital products, strong communication and persuasion skills, result-oriented, reliable, responsive, professional, and able to work independently.
