Job Description
We’re hiring a Training and Onboarding Officer at MAX Drive. You’ll train candidates, onboard Champions, track rider progress, lead policy and contract orientations, recommend recurring trainings (e.g., health & safety), and ensure smooth application and training delivery. Requirements: training experience, orientation systems skills, excellent organization and communication, startup mindset, confidentiality.
