Job Description
Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, ensure timely shipments, and maintain safety and quality standards. Coordinate receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and returns while optimizing workflows to meet KPIs.
Responsibilities include scheduling, stock control, performance coaching, process improvement, and coordinating with procurement and carriers. Requirements: 3+ years in logistics or warehouse supervision, forklift certification preferred, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with warehouse management systems.
