Job Description
The Regional MEL Officer will lead monitoring, evaluation, and learning for programs across the region, ensuring data-driven decision making and high-quality reporting.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing MEL frameworks, developing indicators, managing data collection and analysis, facilitating learning events, building staff capacity, and contributing to donor reports.
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, or related field; 3+ years MEL experience in multi-country programs; strong analytical skills, familiarity with quantitative and qualitative methods, proficiency with Excel and visualization tools, and excellent English communication skills.
