Job Description
Flexile Investments and Technologies Limited seeks a Field Officer to conduct field visits, monitor project progress, collect and analyze data, liaise with communities, government officials, and partners, supervise field teams, evaluate programs, prepare reports, and propose solutions to keep projects on time and within budget. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1–4 years of field operations experience, strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, proficiency with data collection and analysis tools (Excel, statistical tools), ability to work in remote/challenging environments with frequent travel, and excellent organizational skills. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month.
