Job Description
Location: Ajah, Lagos. Full-time L&D role designing and delivering training, creating e-learning, managing LMS records, coordinating sessions, supporting onboarding, evaluating outcomes, and providing administrative support. Must teach AI and technology skills to modernize programs and contribute commercially by achieving at least one direct sale per quarter. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR, Education, Business, or related field; minimum 2 years’ L&D experience; strong presentation and facilitation skills; MS Office and LMS familiarity; proactive, detail-oriented, and creative. Compensation: up to ₦150,00/month.
