Job Description
LD&D CONSULTING seeks an Operations Manager for The Rube, a floral experience & hospitality brand in Victoria Island, Lagos. Full-time, on-site role with pay of ₦200,00/month. You will manage daily studio operations and premium client experiences, overseeing event planning, bookings, client communication, scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, setup teams, inventory and equipment, and guest service standards. Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand aesthetics, track operational costs and stock, handle inquiries and improve satisfaction. Requirements: 2–4 years in hospitality/event/experiential operations, strong organization, multitasking, excellent client-facing communication, team and vendor management experience, and availability for weekends or event days.
