Job Description
walexBizgroup seeks a General Manager to lead operations and long-term strategy, drive growth, optimize performance, mentor department heads, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, build stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and represent the company. Requirements: 5+ years in senior management (tech preferred), strong business and financial planning skills, excellent communication; familiarity with software development/hosting a plus. Bachelor’s required; MBA preferred. Full-time, permanent, in-person role with competitive pay and bonuses.
