Job Description
As a Chef de Partie you will manage a section of the kitchen, prepare high-quality dishes, and maintain consistency and plating standards. You will supervise junior cooks, manage stock, ensure food safety, and collaborate with the Head Chef on menu execution and inventory. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a similar role, strong knife skills, knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP), and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
