Job Description
We are seeking a Dynamics ERP Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot, customize, and support Dynamics 365/AX solutions. You will resolve technical issues, implement integrations, and collaborate with functional teams to improve system performance.
Required: 2+ years supporting Dynamics ERP, strong SQL, C#/X++, Power Platform, and web services experience. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills are essential.
Responsibilities include incident resolution, system tuning, deployment support, documentation, and providing end-user training. Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
