Job Description
We are seeking a Deputy Director of Medical and Scientific Policy to lead development and implementation of evidence-based medical and scientific policies. This role will advise senior leadership, coordinate cross-functional teams, and represent the organization with external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include shaping policy strategy, overseeing scientific reviews, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing research partnerships, and translating complex data into clear guidance for internal and external audiences.
Required: MD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree, 8+ years in medical/scientific policy or related roles, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with regulatory frameworks and stakeholder engagement.
