Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager, Value Solutions to lead regional teams, drive revenue growth, and promote our value-based product portfolio. You will develop territory strategies, manage key accounts, coach sales representatives, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for clients.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years B2B sales leadership, proven track record meeting targets, strong negotiation skills, and ability to analyze market trends. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. Willingness to travel regionally required.
