Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer (Growth & Community) to drive user acquisition, retention, and community engagement. You will run growth experiments, manage paid and organic channels, create content and campaigns, analyze metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion), and nurture online communities across social platforms. Ideal candidate has 2+ years in growth marketing, strong copy and data skills, experience with paid ads, SEO, email marketing, community management, and familiarity with analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel). You are proactive, creative, and collaborative.
