Job Description
We are hiring a Human Resource Supervisor to manage recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, training, HR policy compliance, records, KPI appraisals, and payroll support. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, a bachelor’s in personnel management or related field, strong HR knowledge, leadership, organizational, communication and technical skills, and must be adaptable to corporate governance. Residential proximity to Surulere or environs is preferred. This is a full-time position with pay up to ₦250,00.00 per month. Responsibilities include vetting candidates, mediating disputes, administering benefits, organizing training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
