Job Description
Join our upscale spa as Business Manager. You will oversee daily operations, financial performance, and team leadership to ensure excellent guest experience and profitable growth.
Manage budgets, scheduling, inventory, vendor relations, marketing initiatives, and service standards. Train and coach staff, handle customer issues, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements.
3+ years in spa or hospitality management, strong financial and leadership skills, proficiency with POS and scheduling systems, excellent communication, flexible schedule. Passion for wellness and customer service required.
