Job Description
We seek an experienced Sous Chef de Cuisine to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu development, and quality control. You will supervise line cooks, manage inventory, ensure food safety, and maintain consistent plating and standards.
Ideal candidate has 3+ years in a similar role, culinary degree or equivalent, strong leadership, organization, and a passion for seasonal, high-volume cooking. Knowledge of cost control and HACCP preferred.
