Job Description
Inter-Arc Consultants Limited seeks an experienced Club Manager to lead daily operations of our club on Sapele Road, Benin City. This full-time role (₦150,00–₦200,00/month) requires a Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field, 2–3 years supervisory experience, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus knowledge of hotel/club operations. You will oversee front desk, housekeeping, and F&B; manage, motivate, and train staff; ensure high guest satisfaction; handle complaints; monitor budgets, inventory, and resources; coordinate departments; and enforce policies and standards.
