Job Description
We are LSA Group seeking an energetic Sales Team Lead for LSA Home (On-site, Lekki, Lagos). You will drive revenue growth, coach a team of 3–4 sales reps, own the full sales cycle, set quotas, run weekly pipeline reviews, forecast revenue, and report to senior management. Mentor reps on prospecting, negotiation, and closing; manage key accounts and contracts; collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Track KPIs (conversion rate, average deal size, churn) and produce monthly performance dashboards. Job Type: Permanent. Pay: ₦220,00–₦250,00 per month.
