Job Description
Monarch Group Limited seeks a results-driven Business Development Officer with strong entertainment and sponsorship experience to secure partnerships, close sponsorship deals, and boost brand visibility. Responsibilities include identifying sponsorship opportunities for events and talent, developing strategic brand partnerships, pitching and negotiating agreements, managing industry relationships, analyzing market and audience trends, coordinating with internal teams to execute deals, and exceeding revenue targets. Candidates must have proven experience in business development or entertainment marketing, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, industry insight, independent initiative, and a goal-oriented, professional approach. Full-time. Pay: ₦150,00–₦250,00/month.
