Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations of our restaurant and banquet services. You will manage staff scheduling, inventory, vendor relations, cost control, and ensure high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene. The ideal candidate has three years in F&B management, strong leadership, budgeting skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities include training and evaluating personnel, coordinating events, implementing service procedures, and driving revenue through upselling and efficient operations.
