Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Procurement Personnel to manage purchasing of goods and services for the hotel. Responsibilities include sourcing reliable suppliers for food, beverage, equipment, linens, and cleaning materials; negotiating contracts, prices, and terms; preparing purchase orders; ensuring timely delivery and quality inspections; maintaining procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory reports; collaborating with department heads to forecast needs; monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking; ensuring compliance with financial and operational policies; and reporting supplier performance and market trends.
