Job Description
Jobvet Services is hiring a full-time Customer Service Officer for a respected restaurant in Surulere, Lagos. Responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, handling inquiries and complaints, taking orders (in-person/phone/online), coordinating with kitchen and service staff for timely delivery, monitoring customer satisfaction, maintaining a clean front-of-house, and supporting daily operations. Candidates must have SSCE, OND, or a Bachelor’s degree with 1–10 years’ experience; hospitality or customer service background, strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work under pressure are required. Shift: 5 days on, 2 days off. Accommodation and feeding provided. Salary: N70,00–N80,00/month.
