Job Description
Join The Agric&Culture Company, a fast-growing food condiments manufacturer of high-quality mayonnaise and seasonings. We seek a motivated Neighborhood Sales Officer to increase market share in assigned areas. Responsibilities include managing existing accounts and prospects; visiting retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors; onboarding new customers; ensuring product visibility and displays; tracking sales and submitting daily/weekly reports; and building strong retailer relationships. Requirements: 2–3 years food sales experience (condiments a plus), strong communication and negotiation skills, results-oriented and self-motivated, good knowledge of local routes, and excellent Google Sheets skills. We offer ₦150,00/month, generous commissions, performance bonuses, comprehensive training, and full-time employment.
