Job Description
We are hiring a Deposit Mobilization Officer at Chanelle Microfinance Bank. Responsible for identifying and capturing deposit growth opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving deposit mobilization initiatives to meet targets. Key duties include developing and implementing deposit strategies, executing sales and marketing activities to exceed growth goals, and managing client outreach. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; proven experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or marketing; ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
