Job Description

We seek a proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-paced company. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare presentations and reports, handle confidential correspondence, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of executive support experience, excellent communication and organization skills, strong discretion, proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar tools, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
