Job Description
Join us as a Community Climate Protection Specialist to lead local climate resilience and emissions reduction initiatives. You will coordinate community outreach, design and implement protection projects, monitor environmental data, and collaborate with stakeholders and government partners. Ideal candidates have a degree in environmental science or a related field, 3+ years of experience in community-based climate programs, strong communication skills, and familiarity with climate policy, GIS, and monitoring tools. Passion for community engagement and equity is essential. This role blends fieldwork, project management, and technical reporting to advance sustainable, climate-safe communities.
