Job Description
Remote (US EST 9 AM–6 PM). Base + per qualified appointment + bonuses (₦200,00–₦400,00/mo). Requirements: neutral US English, cold-calling experience (real estate preferred), reliable internet, quiet workspace, PC & headset; submit 60-sec Loom intro, resume, and speed test. KPIs: 250–300 dials/day (ramp), 3–5 qualified appointments/week; no-call/no-show = termination. Perks: $20 referral after 1 month, clear growth paths. Full-time.
