Job Description
Bridgegap Consults seeks an HR Lead in Awoyaya, Lekki. Full-time; salary ₦400,00–₦500,00/month. Requirements: 4–6 years HR experience with 2+ years in leadership, undergraduate degree; CIPM preferred. Responsibilities: lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management; develop HR policies; manage HR officers; advise management; ensure labour-law compliance; support workforce planning.
