Job Description
Our client, SyncPath Consulting Limited, seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, supervise staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, resolving escalated customer issues, monitoring performance with coaching and discipline, supporting sales to meet targets, overseeing cash handling, inventory, documentation, compliance with policies and regulations, preparing operational reports, and maintaining security and cleanliness. Requirements: strong leadership, strategic thinking, organizational and decision-making skills, plus experience managing cross-functional teams. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field and 3–5 years of operations or management experience. Job Type: Full-time.
