Job Description
Join our team as a Human Resources Manager responsible for developing HR strategies, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. You will lead recruiting, implement policies, coach managers, and drive employee engagement. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years HR experience, strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of labor laws.
