Job Description
We’re hiring an Operations Officer to oversee daily event operations for The Factory Ng, managing warehouse and inventory teams and ensuring smooth set-ups and tear-downs. You will coordinate logistics with clients, vendors, and internal teams, enforce safety and quality standards, supervise crews on event days, troubleshoot issues, and improve operational processes. Requirements: BSc/HND in Event Management, Logistics, or related field; 1–2 years’ experience in event operations/production; strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills; ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
