Job Description
HRD Solutions seeks an experienced Category Manager (Energy Drink) based in Lagos. This full-time, daytime onsite role focuses on sales-driven category leadership: building strong distributor and consumer relationships, developing and executing annual and quarterly category plans for growth, pricing, promotions and trade channels, identifying expansion and new product opportunities, tracking industry and competitor trends, and analyzing sales and market data to close performance gaps. Requirements: bachelor’s in Marketing/Business or related, 10+ years relevant experience with at least 3 years in senior/category management within FMCG energy drink markets; category management certification or master’s is a plus. Salary: N3,00,00/month.
