Job Description
Manage customer interactions, process orders, coordinate with kitchen and dispatch, resolve issues, update customers, maintain records, and create message templates. Requirements: 1+ year customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, multitasking; familiarity with order management software a plus. Must reside in/near Somolu and be flexible for morning and evening shifts. Full-time; pay ₦90,00–₦100,00/month plus performance incentives, career growth, and staff meal discounts.
