Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage order processing, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. You will coordinate inventory, update order systems, and work with customer service to resolve issues.
Responsibilities: process orders, pick and pack merchandise, label and prepare shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, perform quality checks, and meet daily productivity targets.
Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year warehouse or retail fulfillment experience, basic computer skills, attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication skills.
